Please check your goods carefully as soon as you receive your order, as claims on broken/damaged goods or discrepancies will be only be considered within 7 days of receipt of goods.
If you have received goods that are damaged or broken, please email us photographs of the relevant items, along with a clear description of the problem and your company name. Your claim will be investigated by our orders department before a credit note is issued.
Please do not return goods via personal delivery, post or courier, without prior arrangement via email with our orders department.
No telephonic claims will be considered.
No returns will be accepted on SALE goods.
If you have ordered items in error, we will credit or refund you if these items are returned in original condition within 7 days and by prior arrangement.
